主要特点
换卷的隐性成本
停机、退卷、重穿、校正孔距、复机、等供料稳定——每一换卷都消耗数分钟机时与人工，每班数十次。
短料卷变成废料
短到无法重穿的料带只能报废。接料带用尽每卷的带尾，剩余物料不再是浪费。
每次复机都有供料不良
供料器链轮与导轨最容易在人工换卷后跳齿。连续接料后的母卷不给它这个机会。

SCT 接料带型号
四个常备型号覆盖 3 孔与 5 孔主流孔型、两种基材。2 孔、6 孔、黑色 PET 及定制模切按需生产。
- 扩展孔型. 2 孔 / 6 孔美纹纸、牛皮纸接料带，12.7–15.0 mm 通用六孔款，黑色 PET，定制模切尺寸——起订量与交期按订单确认。
五项工程细节
SCT 接料带的每个细节，都为接得牢、供料器干净、机器不停供。
- 美纹纸基材. 高粘美纹胶，粘性持久可靠，接料后供料器不留残胶。
- 牛皮纸基材. 高粘设计，表面涂布处理，表面光滑，更适合 AI 插件机走带。
- 精密模切孔. 正反面精密模切、孔径加大，操作方便，机器易识别。
- 不接触胶面. 使用时胶面不接触元件，确保物料可靠性。
- 接料不停机. 无需停机即可续接物料，制程效率提升 15%。
- 大货前先取样. 发来料带照片，确认型号、基材与孔型——先样品，后大货。
受控接料如何工作
四个步骤，全部在产线运行中离线完成。机器看到的是一卷连续的母卷。
- 确认料带. 核对带宽（12.7 或 15.0 mm）、孔型与元件类型。有疑问发照片——下单前先确认。
- 离线接料. 将当前卷带尾与新卷带头对齐，贴接料带，保持链轮孔裸露。
- 装载母卷. 把接好的母卷装上供料器。模切孔与链轮即刻啮合——免穿带、免猜距。
- 持续供料. 插件机直接过接料口供料。不留残胶、无需重校、没有复机爬坡。
