    将光板或已完成SMT的充电器板从料框送入产线，线头无需专人值守。

  • S3010A立式插件机

一条产线能同时生产USB-A和USB-C充电器板吗？

可以，只要板宽在输送轨道范围内，且每种连接器都配有对应的夹爪和飞达。更换连接器只需更换飞达和夹爪，无需新增设备。报价前我们会先核对两款板子。

哪些充电器元件通常仍需手工插装？

引脚易变形、缺乏物理方向特征或长高比小于1:1.2的元件不适合散料供料。线束通常也保留手工作业。我们会在您的BOM上逐一标注。

需要一开始就上整条线吗？

不需要。很多客户先上S3010A立式插件机或一个异形插件单元，之后再逐步加站。输送采用SMEMA标准，新设备可直接接入。

波峰焊支持无铅工艺吗？

S-WS350宣传册注明支持无铅和锡铅焊料，配316不锈钢锡炉和双波峰。焊接曲线在现场根据您的助焊剂和板子设定。

设备停机后多久能得到支持？
