主要特点
取料位置偏移
吸嘴到达时偏离中心，元件被斜着吸取或直接漏吸，同一站位一个班次复一个班次地重复出错。
抛料率高

这台校正仪到底是什么
不是软件补偿，而是一把物理基准——飞达对照它被检验，同一个基准，同一种读法，每一个班次。
- 校正仪底座. 机加工底座配可更换子底座。一台底座覆盖 CP-4、CP-6 与 IP/QP BFC 三种飞达——随飞达系列更换的是子底座，不是工作台。
- X-Y 数显千分尺. 取料位置读到百分之一毫米。X 暴露飞达本体弯曲；Y 通过飞达自带偏心螺丝调节，直到标记对中。
- 标准规与观测镜. 用标准规校准圆将十字线对零，再用同一基准读取飞达内的钢带孔。对照硬件验证，不靠记忆。
- 飞达控制带区. 精确的 8×2、12×4、16×8 与 24×8 mm 控制带区覆盖线上料带宽度，送带始终对照正确宽度的基准。
从开箱到飞达验证通过，五步
整套检查一名操作员、每台飞达五分钟。以下步骤遵循随机附带的操作手册。
- 开机自检. 信号线接入显示 VIDEO 插座并确认供电。上电后压杆自动回位，屏幕出现十字光标——校正仪自检完成。
- 安装子底座. 将对应飞达样式的子底座前推至第 1 定位销（CP-4 / CP-6）或第 2 定位销（IP/QP），贴紧右侧导轨，拧紧锁紧螺丝。
- 标准规对零. 将标准规放入子底座，调焦观测镜，用千分尺把十字线对准标准规校准圆，然后按下 X、Y 千分尺归零。
- 读取飞达. 将对应宽度钢带装入飞达并放上子底座。送带——CP-4/CP-6 顺时针转动飞达推进凸轮，IP/QP 用手推到底——在屏幕上核对钢带孔与十字线。
- 调整或判退. Y：松开偏心螺丝锁紧螺母，调整至标记对中。X：没有调整可言——超出 ±0.25 mm 即飞达本体弯曲，送修，不回线。
